Practice

Richard Conway is a commercial litigator whose practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, the court appointment of receivers and managers, real estate and construction disputes, enforcement of security, and oppression litigation, as well as professional negligence and regulatory matters, employment matters, tax and entertainment law. Richard has extensive experience before trial and appellate courts, administrative boards and tribunals.
