David Chernos's practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on matters involving insolvency, corporate restructurings, creditors’ rights and directors’ liability. David’s practice also focuses on environmental and estates litigation.
Before joining Torys’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, David practised for several years as a member of the firm's Restructuring and Insolvency Practice.
