• a U.S. broker-dealer in antitrust and intellectual property litigation involving clearing services in the mortgage-backed securities industry
• a former officer of an industrial services company in successfully obtaining dismissal from a securities class action
• a leading telecommunications company in an employment-related disability discrimination action
• a high-rise apartment complex in an insurance coverage action to obtain indemnification for litigation brought by a tenant
• a major motion picture and television studio in a contract dispute over international film distribution rights and in a fraud action against a distributor of animated programming
• a major U.S. financial institution in securities litigation arising out of Enron’s bankruptcy
• a satellite radio provider in its general litigation matters, including securities class action litigation
• a major financial institution in its efforts to recover collateral on a defaulted loan from the sponsors of a failed satellite telephone business

Before joining Torys, Chris was a litigation associate at a large New York law firm. He clerked for the Honorable Mary M. Schroeder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

In law school, Chris was an editor for The George Washington Law Review. Prior to law school, Chris was an aerospace engineer.
