Natalie has recently been involved in representing

• a major financial institution in the defence of a proposed class action
• an independent adviser to the Prime Minister in relation to issues regarding a commission of inquiry
• a national department store in a contractual dispute in connection with commercial real estate
• a director of a technology company in insider trading proceedings before the Ontario Securities Commission
• a North American manufacturing company defending claims of breach of contract and breach of confidence
• a major automobile manufacturer in a product liability dispute
• Crown agencies in connection with compliance with access to information and privacy legislation
• a foreign pharmaceutical company in a contractual dispute

Before joining Torys, Natalie worked with the Innocence Project, a program at Osgoode Hall that reinvestigates possible cases of wrongful conviction.

Natalie also acted as a court correspondent for an advocacy group in the deportation hearings of an individual deemed to be a threat to national security.
