Guy Berman's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, in the area of mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients in all aspects of their investing activities, including management and leveraged buyouts, majority and minority equity investments, divestitures, joint ventures, shareholders arrangements and fund and transaction structuring. Guy has also advised various Canadian pension funds on a number of matters.
