• First Reserve Corporation in its acquisition from SunEdison of a 50% interest in the 10 MW 13th Sideroad and 10 MW Ryerse solar energy projects
• International Power Canada
• in its acquisition and development of the 99 MW Knob Hill wind energy project and the 99 MW Nahwitti wind energy project in British Columbia
• in the development of the 99 MW Erieau wind energy project
• in its acquisition and development of two 10 MW solar energy projects in Ontario
• various clients on the development and financing of renewable energy projects (wind, solar (ground mount and rooftop) and biomass) under the Ontario Power Authority’s Feed-in Tariff (FIT) Program, including domestic content requirements, aboriginal and community-price adders, and electricity regulatory requirements
• a private equity fund in its acquisition of a biomass (softwood pellet) manufacturing company
• NB Power in connection with the proposed sale of its generation assets, including the Point Lepreau nuclear generating station, to Hydro-Québec
• Ontario Power Authority on its contracts with Bruce Power regarding the refurbishment of the Bruce nuclear facility
• IESI-BFC in its US$256 million cross-border public secondary offering of common shares
• Brookfield Infrastructure Partners
• in its US$417 million cross-border public offering of limited partnership units to fund two Chilean toll roads, growth capital expenditures of its Australian railroad operations and pay down the corporate credit facility
• in its acquisition of Prime Infrastructure in a transaction with an implied value of US$1.4 billion
• in its C$616 million Canadian public offering to partially fund its participation in the restructuring and recapitalization of Prime Infrastructure (formerly Babcock & Brown Infrastructure)
• in the launch of its Distribution Reinvestment Plan
• advising various public issuers and boards in connection with continuous disclosure and stock exchange matters
• the Underwriters in Alliance Grain Traders Inc.'s C$76 million Canadian public offering
• Quad/Graphics in its proposed C$1.3 billion acquisition of World Color Press (formerly Quebecor World)
• Manulife Financial on its offerings of C$650 million of preferred shares
• Connors Bros. Income Fund in the US$600 million sale of its business to an affiliate of Centre Partners

During law school, Adam was President of Western Law's Student Legal Society, organizer of the Jay McLeod Memorial Golf Tournament, and a volunteer at Pro Bono Students Canada.

Before attending law school, Adam worked at a U.S. firm in Washington, D.C.
