• a syndicate of lenders led by CIBC on the financing of the Whistler Blackcomb initial public offering
• the second lien lenders on the refinancing of Arctic Glacier Income Fund
• Fairfax Financial on its investment in various convertible debentures, including Mega Brands, Novadaq Technologies and Mullen Group Income Fund
• Fairfax Financial in its syndicated credit facilities
• RBC Dominion Securities in the offering by First National Financial Income Fund of secured debentures
• a group of investors on the private placement project financing for the Deh Cho Bridge in the Northwest Territories
• Hindalco Industries on its US$3.1 billion international syndicated credit facilities that financed its acquisition of Novelis
• Novelis on its US$1.76 billion international asset-based revolving and term loan facilities
• Alinda Infastructure Fund on its $1.1 billion syndicated credit facilities and high-yield debt that financed the acquisition of UE Waterheater Income fund
• Reichmann Hauer Capital Partners in the financing of various acquisitions
• Pizza Pizza Royalty Income Fund on its syndicated secured credit facilities
• Fortress Investment Group on its $320 million syndicated secured credit facilities for Newport Partners Income Fund
• Corel Corporation on its internationally syndicated secured credit facilities led by JP Morgan
• Shred-it International on its internationally secured syndicated credit facilities led by Goldman Sachs
• a syndicate of banks led by TD Bank on its US$1 billion senior credit facilities for Labatt Brewing Company
• a syndicate of banks led by TD Bank on its syndicated credit facilities for the Independent Electricity Market Operator
• ABB Structured Finance and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec on the project financing of the Mollejon hydroelectric facility in Belize
