On August 14, 2006, MTS Allstream agreed to sell its directories business to Yellow Pages Group Co. for C$275 million cash plus the assumption of approximately C$6 million of liabilities.
MTS publishes 11 White Pages and Yellow Pages directories throughout Manitoba, and manages the www.mtsyellowpages.com directory. White Pages directories in Manitoba will continue to be published by Yellow Pages Group, on behalf of MTS Allstream.
