On November 2, 2007, East Windsor Cogeneration LP completed a C$179 million private placement of secured debentures with Sun Life Financial, Manulife Financial, Canada Life and RBC Insurance. The proceeds will be used to fund the design, engineering, procurement and construction of East Windsor's 84 MW cogeneration project to be located in Windsor, Ontario. The private placement was arranged by TD Securities Inc.
