In 2010, Torys represented Women's College Partnership (Bilfinger Berger Project Investments) as the successful proponent in the $460 million AFP transaction to design, build, finance and maintain the redevelopment of the Women’s College Hospital in Toronto, Ontario.
The project won the 2010 Silver Award for Project Financing from the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships.
