AIM Harrow Wind Farm completes C$82 million construction financing for Ontario wind farms

On October 9, 2009, AIM Harrow Wind Farm LP (AIM Harrow) successfully completed its C$82 million secured credit facility for the financing of four wind power projects, each being a 9.9 MW nameplate capacity generation project comprising six wind turbines situated west of Colchester in the province of Ontario.

The projects are currently under construction. The credit facility was arranged by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company.

AIM Harrow is an affiliate of AIM PowerGen Corporation, one of Canada's largest wind farm developers.
