We assist clients in every aspect of the industry, including upstream exploration, extraction and production; midstream transportation, pipelines and storage; onshore and offshore infrastructure development; project financing; acquisitions and divestitures; processing; distribution; and LNG matters.

- UpstreamOur team covers all aspects of upstream exploration and production, including purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, joint operating and marketing agreements, and tax partnerships. We have also worked with oil field services companies on some of their most significant and challenging engagements.
- MidstreamWe assist clients with their midstream projects, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction of pipelines, transportation agreements, development of LNG projects and related infrastructure, gas storage disputes, and all related commercial, environmental and regulatory matters.
- DownstreamOur team represents clients in the construction, development and financing of various types of refining and petrochemical facilities and energy trading matters. We advise on all aspects of downstream activities, from environmental and regulatory matters, to litigation and dispute resolution.
