Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, a forum on the relationship between Canada and India, is being held in Toronto on June 9 and 10, 2011.
With Canada's trade with India being lowest among the G8 countries, even though more than half a million Indo-Canadians live in the GTA, much emphasis is being placed on Canadian-Indian business relations.
Patricia Koval participated in a CBC Radio Metro Morning roundtable on the development of business between Canada and India, with host Matt Galloway; Anil Shah, founder and CEO of Ni Met Metals and Minerals; Aditya Jha, National Convener of the Canada-India Foundation; Sriram Iyer, President and CEO of ICICI Bank Canada; and Asha Luthra, an organizer of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas and past president of the Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
