Supreme Court of Canada Sets Limits on Litigation Privilege

In the recent case of Blank v. Canada, the Supreme Court of Canada looked at litigation privilege for the first time and ruled that, unlike solicitor-client privilege, litigation privilege protection ends along with the related litigation.
