On January 25, Torys and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), Ontario chapter, hosted a seminar on the Top Ten Cases of 2011. Attended by over 100 people, the seminar examined a range of significant corporate/commercial litigation, class actions and other business disputes, both domestic and international, and their implications for in-house legal counsel.
