Torys is pleased to announce that Wendy Matheson has qualified as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
The college, based in Irvine, California, was founded in 1950 to maintain and improve the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the ethics of the profession. Composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada, the college is widely considered to be America's premier professional trial organization. Fellowship is extended only by invitation to experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Membership can never be more than 1% of the total lawyer population of any state or province.
Wendy joins Sheila Block, John Laskin, Trisha Jackson and James C. Tory in this honour.
