Torys is pleased to announce that
Patricia Jackson received The Law Society Medal, presented by The Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) at a special ceremony at Osgoode Hall's Convocation Hall on September 23.
Patricia was one of nine distinguished lawyers to receive the medal, which is reserved for Ontario's most dedicated and accomplished lawyers who have a record of outstanding service in accordance with the highest ideals of the legal profession. In its announcement of the award recipients, the LSUC describes Patricia as "one of Canada's senior trial and appellate counsel," who "has been lead counsel in a number of cases which have established important precedents in Canadian jurisprudence."
Patricia was called to the Ontario Bar in 1979.
