ReNew Canada's Top 100: Canada's Biggest Infrastructure Projects in 2010

Torys is advising or advised on 4 of Canada's top 20 infrastructure projects in 2010. In its list of Canada's top 100 projects for 2010, ReNew Canada features, among the top 20 projects, the following:

the C$2.46 billion Port Mann/Highway 1 toll road and bridge PPP project in British Columbia (Torys represented a pension fund as part of a consortium bidding on the project)
the Windsor-Essex Parkway project (Torys is representing Windsor Essex Mobility Group as a bidder on this 11-km, six-lane freeway in Windsor, Ontario)
the Niagara Tunnel project (Torys is representing Ontario Power Generation in its C$985 million DB agreement with Strabag AG to construct this 10-km water diversion tunnel at Niagara Falls, one of the largest tunnel projects in the world; and in OPG’s EPCM contract with Strabag AG to design and construct tunnels to supply additional water to Sir Adam Beck Generating Station)
the Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station refurbishment (Torys is representing New Brunswick Power in the project, including advising on EPC contracts with Atomic Energy of Canada)
