Torys is pleased to announce the publication of Joel Wiesenfeld's Broker/Dealer Legal Reference: Case Law Database, published by Thomson/Carswell.
The database, available on CD-ROM, features a collection of more than 100 cases that focus on investment loss actions, disputes between Securities Act participants and dealers, and issues that result from sales representative defections.
