Commercial Real Estate

We are seeking a commercial real estate associate to join a dynamic and very busy transaction-focused practice in Toronto. The ideal candidate has three to five years of experience at a major Canadian law firm, with a focus on a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Particular experience in complex acquisitions and secured financing transactions, including in a public markets context, is ideal.

Strong academics, motivation to succeed, the ability to work as part of a team and a desire to diversify beyond a narrow specialty are essential. We act for some of Canada's most well-known and highly regarded institutional investors, real estate companies and investment trusts, and financial institutions.

Corporate

We are seeking 3rd to 6th year associates to join our dynamic and busy transaction-focused corporate group in Toronto. The ideal candidate has high quality experience at a major Canadian law firm (or comparable experience with a major U.S. law firm) within the corporate, commercial and securities law areas, preferably including cross border transactions. Motivation to perform at a high level, the ability to work as a part of a team and a desire to diversify beyond a narrow specialty are a must.
